About Our Returns Policies
freerangerecords.co.uk offer returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of delivery. You can use this page to learn about our return policies.
At freerangerecords.co.uk we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items and by law you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days without giving any reason. You also have statutory rights where goods are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.
Freerange Store Items
All store items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. If you would like to return and item please email shop@freerangerecords.co.uk quoting your order number and stating which items you would like to return and why. We will provide you with an address to return the item(s) to. Please ensure you send returned items using a trackable service.
It can take up to 20 days for an item to reach us once you return it depending on where in the world you send it from. Once the parcel is received it can take up to five business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
Please note that you will be required to return the item at your own expense. Freerange will refund up to £20 for return postage costs but only if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded for postage and packaging for.
Statutory Cancellation Right
You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item To exercise your cancellation right please email shop@freerangerecords.co.uk quoting your order number and stating the reason for the cancellation.
Our Voluntary Returns Policy
As well as your statutory cancellation rights described above, you can return all products from the Freerange Store within 30 days of receipt of the products if the products are complete and are in an unused and undamaged condition. To return an item please email shop@freerangerecords.co.uk quoting your order number and stating which items you would like to return and why. We will provide you with an address to return the item(s )to. Please ensure you send returned items using a trackable service.
Please note that this returns policy doesn't affect your statutory rights and therefore doesn't affect your right of cancellation as described above.

Returns Costs & Methods
Freerange will refund the cost of sending an item back to us if it’s defective, damaged or incorrect. If your return is not the result of a Freerange error, we’ll deduct the cost of the return from your refund.
If a product becomes defective after 30 day - you'll need to contact us at shop@freerangerecords.co.uk
